Keralase™ is a revolutionary new treatment designed to create a conducive environment to facilitate hair growth and improve scalp health. WHY IS KERAFACTOR BETTER THAN PRP?

KeraFactor™ is coated with nano-liposomes which aid its absorption, allowing for enhanced delivery of growth factors directly to the hair follicles. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) has variable amounts of growth factors depending on the genetics and health conditions of the person. Results can be inconsistent as the growth factors available are already in the person’s blood. If a person is highly deficient in one or more growth factors (such as TFG-b1), it may inhibit hair growth. PRP also requires a blood draw and centrifuge, followed by multiple injections into the scalp. The injections can be painful even after numbing medication and lead to bruising or hematomas.

How Do I Prepare For My Appointment?
Wash hair the night before the treatment. Hair must be clean and free of hair products.
Remain out of the sun or use sun protection (SPF or hat) for a week before and after each treatment.
Once the hair and scalp dry naturally patient can resume normal activities, including washing, drying, and using hair product.
A series of 6 treatment sessions scheduled one month apart is necessary to complete this treatment. Treatment sessions include the application of KeraFactor™ serum. Daily home-care products are available to micro-dose your scalp and hair in-between visits. They are highly recommended for optimal results and for maintaining overall scalp and hair health.
