Injectables are tremendously helpful in aging gracefully, achieving symmetry and balance, and providing an overall rejuvenated look that cannot be achieved with typical skincare treatments alone. Our practice focuses on delivering injectable treatments that enhance your natural beauty and work together with professional treatments and home care. We offer Botox® Cosmetics as well as Dysport®, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra®, and Kybella® for facial contouring, volume, and enhancement.

BOTOX® & DYSPORT®
Botox® and Dysport® work by temporarily relaxing muscles in the face and easing the tension in the muscles responsible for fine lines and wrinkles such as laugh lines, frown lines, smile lines, and crow’s feet. They are also used for brow lifts, bunny lines, lip flips, down-turned corners-of-the-mouth, chin dimpling, neckbands, and facial slimming. In addition, SPALI uses Botox® and Dysport® to treat TMJ, excessive sweating of the underarms and hands, and migraines.
When choosing between Botox® or Dysport®, your injector will evaluate your desired results and the specific advantages of each treatment. You can trust SPALI to provide what you need for natural results and a refreshed appearance.

DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers are injectable hyaluronic acid solutions used to enhance the features of the face by providing fullness to the face and lips. Filler is used in smoothing fine lines, creating lift and structure in the cheek area, defining the jaw and profile, and overall contouring, symmetry, and balance. We offer several dermal fillers that are safe, effective, and provide a smooth, natural look. Juvederm® Ultra, Juvederm® Ultra Plus, Voluma®, Vollure®, Volbella®, and Restylane® Kysse, Lyft.

SCULPTRA®
Sculptra® is a bio-stimulating treatment that activates your skin’s natural power to produce collagen. It is an FDA-approved injectable containing a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator that addresses the underlying cause of collagen loss in aging skin. Once injected, Sculptra® stimulates the natural growth of new facial collagen, diminishing deep lines, creases, and folds. This leads to restoring facial volume over time and dramatically improves skin texture to give you a more youthful appearance.
With Sculptra®, results are natural and, after each treatment session, become progressively more noticeable within the first few weeks. The number of treatments varies from person to person, but on average, a series of two to three Sculptra® sessions may be needed, spaced approximately four to six weeks apart. Results are gradual and last up to 2 years.

KYBELLA®
Kybella ® is an FDA-approved injectable treatment FDA that permanently destroys fat cells under the chin. It is an effective treatment to address submental fullness, commonly referred to as a double chin.
The active ingredient in Kybella® is deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath your chin, Kybella® destroys fat cells. Once destroyed, those cells cannot store or accumulate fat.
Most patients need at least 2 treatments, but up to 6 treatments may be administered based on desired results.
Pre-Injection Tips to reduce swelling and bruising
Stop the following supplements, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, and all supplements that start with a ‘G’ (ginseng, ginkgo biloba, garlic, etc).
NO aspirin (unless prescribed by your physician), and NO Ibuprofen at least 3-5 days before your procedure.
Begin taking Arnica Montana 3-5 days before your procedure.
Eat fresh pineapple. The bromelain enzyme found in pineapple has been linked to decrease swelling, bruising, and healing time.
Avoid alcoholic beverages at least 24 hours before the procedure.
